What is the Kay Jewelers return and refund policy?
You can return all purchased items within 60 days. Returns to the store must include the original packing slip with the item.
When I’ll have my money back for the returned purchase?
Usually it takes 12 business days to process your return. You’ll get your money back to your account in the same payment method as it was received
Can I give my coupon to another customer?
You can send your coupon to anyone you want. Bear in mind some coupons may be used only once.
